We strive to display product colours, fabrics, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
Minor variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
In case of a pricing error, WENUX reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund (for prepaid orders).

7. Shipping Delays & Limitation of Liability
At WENUX, we are committed to dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been handed over to our courier or logistics partner, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
High order volumes during festive or sale seasons
Weather conditions or natural calamities
Public holidays or government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Courier or logistics partner delays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Any other unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of WENUX
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, WENUX shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, commercial, or personal losses, damages, expenses, or inconvenience arising from any delay in the delivery of an order.
By placing an order on www.wenux.in, you acknowledge and agree that delivery timelines are estimated only and are not guaranteed. You further agree that you shall not be entitled to claim compensation, damages, penalties, or any other form of reimbursement from WENUX for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. EXCHANGE POLICY
WENUX offers a 7-Day Easy Exchange.
Exchange is available only if:
Wrong size received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Products must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Original tags attached
Original packaging available
9. RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only if:
Incorrect product delivered
Product received with a verified manufacturing defect
Product significantly different from the confirmed order
Returns for change of mind, dislike of colour, or personal preference are not accepted.
10. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only when:
The order is cancelled before dispatch.
The ordered item is unavailable.
A replacement cannot be provided after verification of an eligible issue.
Prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method.
COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION
