1. 7-Day Easy Exchange
We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange on eligible products.
An exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

Be unwashed and free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any signs of use.
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Products failing to meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
WENUX reserves the right to request the unboxing video or clear photographs for verification before approving any exchange request.
After verification, our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by the WENUX Quality Assurance Team.
Approval or rejection of an exchange request shall be at the sole discretion of WENUX after verification of the returned product.
7. Exchange Shipping
If the exchange request is approved due to:
Wrong Product
Manufacturing Defect
Transit Damage
WENUX will bear the applicable reverse logistics and replacement shipping cost.
If the exchange is requested only for a size change, WENUX may charge a nominal exchange shipping fee, if applicable. The applicable charge, if any, will be communicated before processing the exchange.
8. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
Used or washed garments
Products without original tags
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products altered after delivery
Products requested after 7 days
Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance/final sale products (where specifically mentioned)
9. Product Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Store Credit (where applicable)

10. Right to Refuse
WENUX reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if:
