At Wenux, we value your orders and work hard to deliver them on time. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please read our cancellation terms carefully:
Before Shipping –
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipping –
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded once the product is returned to us.
Non-Cancellable Products –
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started.
Refund Timeline –
Refunds (after deduction, if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days into your provided UPI ID / Bank Account.
