At WENUX, we strive to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are processed during our business hours and are subject to verification.

3. Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full order amount (after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway charges, where applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval. The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Cash on Delivery facility for future purchases.

WENUX reserves the right to decline COD orders from customers with a history of repeated cancellations or refused deliveries.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

• The order has already been dispatched.
• The shipment is already in transit.
• The order has been delivered.
• The product has been customized, personalized, or specially manufactured for the customer.
• The cancellation request does not comply with this policy.

6. Order Refusal at the Time of Delivery

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery without a valid reason.

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from WENUX, the order may be treated as a failed delivery. WENUX reserves the right to recover applicable shipping or handling charges and may restrict COD services for future orders.

7. Cancellation by WENUX

WENUX reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or product information errors.
• Payment could not be verified.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Operational or technical issues beyond our control.

If WENUX cancels a prepaid order, the customer will receive a full refund for the amount paid.

8. Promotional Offers

If an order placed under a promotional offer, discount, coupon, or prepaid benefit is cancelled, the associated offer or benefit may become invalid and cannot be reinstated once the cancellation is processed.

9. Force Majeure

WENUX shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, public holidays, strikes, transportation disruptions, courier delays, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
